Hi, I'm Louise, and this is my dog Buddy, who has been my companion for 9 years.  There's nothing like a walk in the countryside with him to blow the cobwebs away.

I’m the proud mum of two amazing grown-up sons. Motherhood has taught me resilience, patience, and the power of embracing change.  

 

Watching my sons grow and find their own paths has deepened my belief in the importance of adapting, evolving, and living with intention.​​​​​

I’m passionate about helping people through challenging life situations, building up their confidence until they recognise their strengths, and are ready to find their right direction.  

I work with individuals to help them challenge what's going on in their lives, overcome obstacles, navigate change, and build a life that aligns with what truly matters to them.

​When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, with Buddy, reading, swimming or finding new ways to support others. I love connecting with like-minded individuals discussing the Universe, humans and everything in between, from a mind-blowing NLP perspective.

Like many, I've experienced loss, faced unexpected turns, and wrestled with moments that I was totally unprepared for. I understand how life events can leave invisible imprints, shaping our decisions and beliefs in ways we don't even realise.

 

Through my own journey of life traumas, and finding NLP as part of my healing, I discovered what we perceive to be our most difficult moments often hold the seeds to our greatest transformations, of which, we are more in control of than we think.​​​​
